The Nottingham Lions have stamped their mark on their home ice with a new and imposing promotional banner which now adorns the wall of the Capital One Rink at the National Ice Centre.
Lions GM Danny Harrison was clearly pleased to see the banner up on the walls, saying,
“It really gets the message across to both sets of players and supporters that this is our home and any opposition team aren’t going to get an easy ride here.”
“It also lets people that use the rink for purposes other than hockey see that we’re here and then they can find out more by using the website or Twitter address.”
“We’d like to thank the NIC Sales & Marketing team for all their help with this and Ice Locker who have kindly sponsored the banner.”
The Lions would like to thank the National Ice Centre Sales & Marketing team, Ice Locker and AR Signs for their support, effort and expertise. You can visit their websites by clicking on the company’s names.
You’ll be able to see the banner in all its glory when the Lions take on the Sheffield Senators at the NIC on Sunday 28th October – 7.15pm face off. Or, if you cannot wait that long, then visit the National Ice Centre website for more information on public skating times, learn to skate courses and birthday parties.
