The Nottingham Lions have today bolstered their defensive lines by resigning Jamie Hovell to the roster for their second season in NIHL1. Hovell was part of the championship winning side in 2013 and has built up a strong working relationship with the Lions coaching staff.

Matt Bradbury the head coach of the Nottingham Lions is pleased to have somebody he knows so well as part of his defensive setup: "Jamie works hard at every training session and every game and he offers the team flexibility as he can play at both the back and up front on the wing.  He has a lot to offer and like all of the players his game is improving, and he is keen to develop his game further."

Further new signings and re-signings are to be announced over the coming weeks, so keep your eye on the club’s website and social media for all the latest updates.
