Tonight's game against Hull Jets (7.30pm) will see Alan Levers' last ever apperance at the National Ice Centre, as he prepares to retire from the game at the end of this season.
The Nottingham Lions are urging as many supporters of Nottingham hockey to head to the NIC this evening, to give the veteran goalie a magnificent send off, in recognition of his twenty-four commitment to the sport, much of which was spent with the junior club in the city and the Lions.
It will no doubt prove to be the end of a memorable weekend for Alan, who married his lovey wife Maria yesterday and who also celebrates his thirtieth birthday today.
So, with the Panthers not in action, your last chance to see the stalwart netminder perform on home ice and our recently announced special ticket offers for the rest of the season, there really is no better time to come down to the Lions' den and help roar the boys on to victory!
Full ticket details are available by clicking here and don't forget our special offers, where a child (Under-16) can now gain free entry to the Lions' den with every paying adult (one child per adult), whilst Panthers season ticket holders can now gain free entry, when they show their season ticket book at the National Ice Centre box office.
