Simon has also represented Team GBR at the World University Games in Torino, Italy (2007), Harbin, China (2009) and Trentino, Italy (2013).

Whilst serving in the Territorial Army, Simon also played for the Army All Stars, British Army Blades and the UK Combined Services and has coached both the Blades and the UKCS,  throughout the world.
